The Race
St. John has been doing fundraising for ministries with Octoberfest activities since 1997.
Funds are used for mission trips; local food pantry support; Habitat for Humanity projects, as
well as support for local organizations such as shelters. This will be the second year the race
is being hosted.
The Course
The race will start and end in the church parking lot located on French Road. The course is a
simple loop out and back on fairly flat roads. The course is ideal for anyone desiring a quick
time or new PR. Race volunteers will control traffic and direct runners. Water will given at
one point on the course. Split times will be given at each mile.
Registration and Packet Pick Up
Race day registration and packet pickup will be available from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. The race
will start promptly at 8:00 am. Online registration can be done through www.signmeup.com.

Awards and Results
An award will be given to the top male and female runners and walkers.
Post Race Refreshments
Refreshments will be available to all participants before and after the race
Parking
Parking will be available in marked areas of the church parking lot.
